Unaccompanied Minor Provision
Nia housing works with unaccompanied minors in our 24 hour support services
Working with unaccompanied minors, our staff team focuses on education, health services and general support through their immigration processes where applicable. Helping to encourage and support them into transitioning into the community and adulthood. We also offer support to help deal with any trauma or loss experienced prior to arriving in England.
We will work alongside Local authorities and interpreter services to ensure we get the right support for our young people in our care.
Nia housing understands that getting the right type of care is very important; therefore we offer personalised support packages, according to each individual’s needs.
Our Packages are tailored to suit the needs of our young people and range from 5hours support up to 24hrs, we can provide 1to1 support (if required) and we can also provide waking night staff for individuals ( if required).
All our packages are reviewed regularly.
Nia housing accepts Emergency referrals.
